What stays on your device
Your round tasks, sound preference and timer state are stored in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to our servers.
What we store when you sign in
If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address and name. We store them with your rhythm settings (long-break interval and daily pomodoro target) so the settings follow you across devices. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
We do not request access to your Google Calendar, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not sell or share your information. Data is hosted on Cloudflare.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which features are used (for example, that a round task was written or settings were saved — never the task text). It sets first-party cookies; visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland start with analytics cookies off. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. You can block it with any content blocker without affecting Tiblok.
Feedback
When you send feedback, your message, the optional email you enter (or your signed-in email), the page address and your browser type are emailed to us so we can read and reply. We don't store feedback on our servers.
Deleting your data
Email feedback@timeblocking.fyi from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and settings. Signing out removes the session on that device.
