A free ADHD-friendly timer that starts on the clock
You do not need to press start for every round. This timer follows your local clock: a focus block at each hour and half-hour, followed by a short break. Write one concrete action, then join the current block.
25:00
The live timer loads using your device clock.
Starts automatically at :00 and :30. Focus for 25 minutes, then rest for 5. Your note stays in this browser. No sound or background notifications on this page.
Make the next action visible
“Work on the report” leaves a lot to decide. Try “write three bullet points for the introduction” instead. The note above keeps that action beside the countdown. You can change it whenever the plan changes; it is a prompt, not a commitment you must finish at any cost.
What happens when you arrive late?
At 10:12, this timer shows 13 minutes of focus remaining. At 10:25, the five-minute break begins. At 10:30, a fresh focus block starts automatically. There is no pause button because the schedule follows the clock. If you need a full 25 minutes immediately, a manual Pomodoro timer may suit you better.
Need a whole-day plan?
The Tiblok daily timer lets you choose working hours, see all rounds, write a different task for each block, enable a chime and export completed blocks. This page is a small, always-available half-hour rhythm; it does not change your main timer settings.
Keep reminders realistic
Keep this page visible beside your work. Closing it does not stop time: returning shows the current block. This page does not send notifications with the tab closed. For appointments or deadlines, use a separate calendar alarm rather than relying on a browser tab.
Is this a treatment for ADHD?
No. ADHD-friendly describes the simple interface and automatic rhythm, not a clinical benefit. This is a planning aid, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If timing is causing ongoing problems, seek advice from a qualified professional. You can read general information from the National Institute of Mental Health.
